Industrial Control Fabrication

We at Triad can build industrial control systems of all shapes and sizes with laser precision. From small tasks (using a couple controlled I/O points) to a large system involving multiple controllers, we will work closely with you so that your solution is built on time and on budget.

We ensure that every system we build is easy to maintain and has the necessary built-in safety mechanisms, from E-stop functions to safety interlocks. At the same time, we'll build a system that has as much I/O feedback and redundancy you need.

We can work with you from a sketch on a napkin or with a given list of I/O requirements. Either way, we'll give you the industrial control you need.

Museum, Science Center, Trade Show Fabrication

Triad has years of fabrication experience when it comes to museums, science centers, trade shows and other event locations. We'll assemble and build your audio, video and interactive experience, as well as the hardware for your guest experience.

We can implement a variety of control system platforms as part of your solution, including AMX, CUE or BrightSign.

Show Control Fabrication

Whether your show control system only features a single kiosk or involves an entire theme park, we can build it. Regardless of your project size, we will assemble a system that brings multiple aspects of a show together, including audio, special effects, video and lighting.

In addition, we can build your show or customer experience to be interactive and event-based or scripted to a fixed cycle or sequence that repeats every time.

Single Board and Micro Controller Fabrication

We'll help you build a solution for even the smallest control systems, using a micro controller or a single board computer. We have experience building such systems on a number of platforms, including Raspberry Pi, Arduino and the Basic Stamp.
